GUARANTEE:

At VersaTech Systems we are proud to offer top-quality, brand name products. By offering components from reputable, established manufacturers in the computer marketplace, reliable components as well as technical support are guaranteed.

If you should experience a failure with a component, please use the following procedure for returns


  • Return Authorization Criteria:
  • Returns for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order is placed.
  • Product must be in resaleable condition.
  • Memory and processors are non-returnable after use. Versatech will repair or replace through the manufacturer’s service center.
  • Basic Return Guidelines:

    All returns must have a RMA number, which is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. To receive a RMA number, contact us at 210-520-0653, or email us at sales@versatech-sys.com. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

    • Customer Number
    • Nature of the problem
    • Product name, model, manufacturer, serial number, and Versatech product code number
    • Order date and sales invoice number
  • Return Shipping Instructions:
    • Return must be double-boxed and include original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, software, and accessories. Labels with identifying markings such as serial numbers, model numbers, product code numbers must not be removed or otherwise tampered with. Any original packaging that has been defaced or written on will not be accepted. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
    • Place mailing label on outer box, not on product packaging.
    • Write RMA Number clearly on the return shipping label
    • Return the product to: Versatech Systems, 8406 Crooked Sky St., San Antonio, Texas 78250-2615
    • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured. These charges are not subject to refund.
    • Versatech adheres to waiting Ten Business Days for funds clearing process before reimbursement.
    • Refunds on purchases with credit card will only be credited to the same credit card.

DISCLAIMER:

Versatech offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship in originally purchased product for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our sole option during this period. Since the Seller, Versatech does not control the manner or use of its products after their sale; there are no express warranties that extend beyond the descriptions contained herein. Seller disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose and will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Since Seller is acting as a third party distributor of products manufactured by other companies, Seller expressly limits its liabilities including Y2k compliance, to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer of which guarantees will pass through to the customer. Accordingly, Versatech makes no representation or warranty with respect to the Y2k compliance of products sold and in no case shall Versatech Systems liability exceed the purchase price which customer paid for the product.

Versatech Systems and or its' employees are not authorized to modify or deviate from this warranty, or to make additional warranties binding on Versatech Systems. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Versatech Systems is not responsible for errors in typography and photography. All products are solely registered and unregistered trademarks of their respective manufacturers. Terms and conditions and the performance by each shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.


DAMAGES/LOSS:

Merchandise may be lost or damaged in transit, or the shipment is incorrect. Before signing the bill of lading, inspect all cartons for damage, both inside and out, and check to make sure you have received the exact shipment that you ordered. List on the bill of lading any damages to the merchandise and ask the carrier to immediately inspect the merchandise. Failure to do this could result in the carrier refusing to honor your claim.

The customer must make claims for loss or damage with the carrier. Contact our Customer Service within 24 hours to obtain a RMA Number and obtain replacement merchandise. On lost items, customer must contact Versatech within ten (10) working days of initial shipment date to initiate the tracking process. Failure to do so may result in claim loss refusal by Versatech Systems.
